Photo and Recording Disclaimer
On these premises, Lavender Library volunteers or independent LGBTQ+ event organizers may take photographs, video or audio recordings. These are often used on the LLACE website and social media. All patrons should be aware that your image and/or voice may be included at any time.
The LLACE organization recognizes our patrons' right to privacy and will do our best to get consent by making announcements prior to taking photos/videos/recordings, and we will honor any patron's request not to be included. Also, we will honor requests to remove any media that has previously been posted. Please note that requests for removal may be met with some delay as LLACE is a 100% volunteer-run organization.
All patrons are also expected to uphold this policy by getting consent before using cameras/recording devices at LLACE.
Additionally, two security cameras are in use on the Lavender Library premises at all times for the purpose of protecting our community members and our archival materials from harm, and your image will be recorded for the purpose of holding people accountable if harm is caused to others.
We agree to uphold these efforts to enable all our community members to feel safe in thisspace.
